Property insurance

Property insurance covers losses incurred to property during a fire, storm, or theft, without extending to major disasters such as floods and earthquakes. We have separate policies to cover against such mass-destruction events. The policy excludes high-cost property unless separately added under a policy named “rider”. Your claim is either reimbursed in actual value of the damage or as replacement cost of the loss.

Property – Home Contents Insurance:

This policy provides cover to the owner or tenant, for the building structure and/or its contents. Your home and its contents are insured against damages caused by events such as fire, lightning, earthquake, flood, storm, malicious damage, riot, strike, water leak, theft and more. Your contents are covered on a ‘repair or replacement as new’ basis.
